Toyota Customer Service Advisor
The Customer Service Advisor co-ordinates the movement of vehicles through the service centre. Over a Two year period, you will learn to liaise with customers regarding the progress of their vehicle through the centre, act as a link between the customer and service repair team, co-ordinating efficient workshop utilisation.
