Apprentice Customer Service Advisor – Steven Eagell Toyota – Watford
Big ambitions? Start with the right parts.
Good with people? Enjoy getting organised? Curious about cars?
Start building your future with a Parts Retailer Apprenticeship. You’ll gain practical experience, work towards a recognised qualification and learn from experienced colleagues who will support you along the way.
You don’t need to arrive knowing your brake pads from your spark plugs. What matters is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn and commitment to doing a great job.
A small part can make a big difference
The right part can get a repair finished, a customer back on the road and a busy workshop moving again.
As an Apprentice Parts Retailer, you’ll learn how to make that happen. From answering customer enquiries to checking stock and ordering parts, you’ll play a practical role in the team from the start.
Along the way, you’ll learn to:
- Help customers find the parts they need.
- Use computer systems to manage stock and process orders.
- Support workshop colleagues with parts enquiries.
- Build your confidence when speaking with trade and retail customers.
- Develop sales skills and spot opportunities to help customers.
- Keep things organised when the department gets busy.
Support to help you find your feet
Starting a career is a big step. You’ll have workplace mentoring, regular support and structured training to help you develop your skills and confidence.
Your apprenticeship includes:
- Hands-on experience alongside skilled professionals.
- Three residential training blocks.
- Fortnightly one-to-one training sessions.
- All travel and accommodation costs for residential training covered by your employer.
Successfully complete the programme and you’ll achieve the Level 2 Retailer apprenticeship standard.
